The high-shear emulsifier absorbs material in double directions, non recycle dead-corner, excellent efficiency, mix the additives and bitumen adequately so that it gets the superfine result. The rotator-stator of emulsifier is process in CNC master programmable high precision machine tool which introduce from American & Japan. Check machine are: project, 3-coordinate scale, digital show height meter, so the emulsification effect is very good b and the products quality is stable. Inline type emulsifier: material suffers near million times high-shear in the high speed rotate of multi-layer rotator-stator, so the liquid and particle mix and superfine quickly.
