Exhibitors return the completed application form to the organizing committee by fax or post; b. Exhibitors remit the exhibition fee to the account designated by the committee within 10 days after filling in the application form, and send the remitting evidence to the organizing committee by fax for confirmation; c. The principle of arranging the booth: “Apply the first, Pay the first, Arrange the first”; d. The ranking order of the advertisements on the catalogue will be based on the order we receive the advertisement fee. The deadline is: February 28, 2009; e. The organizing committee will send “the Exhibitor Manual” and “the Admission Notice” to exhibitors by post on February 3, 2009.
